BUSHMEN AND ROCK PAINTING

2 days Camping tour

Day 1

We can leave Windhoek early in the morning around 7:00 for Omaruru. On our way we can have a quick stop in Omaruru for lunch and for toilet breaks.

• Erongo Mountain Conservancy

We can visit the Bushmen's living musium.The Bushmen (also known as San people) can take us a small tour for the rock painting and teach us their survival secrets. It's very interesting part of the tour.

• Spitzkoppe

In Spitzkoppe we can see the most interesting rock formation in Namibia. It was formed by volcano long time back. 

The stars and the moon can be seen clearly at night.

Overnight in Spitzkoppe Campsite

Day 2

• Phillips Cave

Phillips Cave is about a 45 Minute walk from the Farm Ameib. It has a number of rock paintings, the most known is a White Elephant. You can feel the ancient people's life.

Drive back to your accommodation in Windhoek.

SOSSUSVLEI ADVENTURE

2days camping tour

Day 1

We can leave Windhoek in the morning around 8:00 for Sesriem, stop at Rehoboth for shopping and Solitaire for apple pie :)

• Dune45

When we arrive at the Sesriem Campsite we can check in and make our tents. Around 17:00, drive to Dune45 for the Sundown. Dune45 is one of the most famous dunes in Namibia.

Overnight in Sesriem Campsite

(NB: This is the only camsite which is situated inside of Naukluft Park.

those who want to enjoy the sunset at dunes, early booking is recommended, especially during the high season from August to December)

If the campite is full,

Alternate : Agama river camp or Namib desert lodge (campsite).

Day 2

• Deadvlei

Wake up as early as possible in the morning before sunrise and drive to Sossusvlei to see the Deadvlei, it is beautiful in the morning. Deadvlei means dead tree or Dead valley. The trees died because of the river that was supplying water to the trees is not coming there any more. We can climb Big Daddy for the beautiful picture and also for morning training.

• Sesriem Canyon

After Deadvlei we visit Sesriem Canyon, which is 4km from Sesriem Campsite.

Drive back to your accommodation in Windhoek.
